
One of the best red wines in China combining balance and elegance, this wine has a dark red-blackish color, nose of dark fruits, oak and chocolate, balanced, pleasing flavors of red and black fruits with vegetal hints, and a smooth, slightly tannic finish; established in 1977, Grace Vineyard is one of the best boutique wineries in China, making low-yield wines from typical Bordeaux varieties.

Allow 20+ minutes for breathing & serve at 18℃; match with all types of red meat dishes including Shredded Chicken with Sesame Sauce, Spicy Beef Tendon and Fried Mutton with Cumin.

18 months in a combination of French, American and Hungarian oak (with French oak dominating).
