From one of the most respected cooperatives in Abruzzo comes a beautifully balanced wine with bright ruby red color, lively nose of ripe cherries and abundant ripe red and dark fruit flavors with good acidity and a soft tannic finish.
Allow about 10-15 minutes breathing time and serve at 18℃; the good acidity in this wine makes it a natural companion to pastas with tomato and cream sauces and also a variety of Chinese style meat dishes including Lions Head Meat Balls.
1 year in stainless steel vats & several months bottle aging.
Drinking nicely now and will be best over the next 3-4 years.
