This typical easy-to-drink Australian Shiraz wine featuring a purple color, mixed nose of black, red and other berries, with sweet hints of vanilla and baked oak aroma, concentrated fruit flavors with good acidity and soft tannins; raised in Germany, Wolf Blass bought his first vineyard in Australia in 1969; the company is now part of the Fosters Group.
Allow 15 ~ 20 minutes to breathe and serve at 16℃; this is a food-friendly wine, especially good with red meats like rack of lamb, cheese, roasted vegetables, or heavy flavored Chinese dishes.
Light oak aging.
Drinking nicely now but will age well for 3 ~ 5 years.
