Good example of a quality left bank Bordeaux wine that's very reasonably priced; the wine features a purple-garnet red color, cassis and herb nose and elegant concentrated flavors of dark fruit and spices; the wine has a very good balance between the fruit and tannins and a pleasing finish; for over a century Ginestet has been one of the elite Bordeaux merchants with 98% of their portfolio sourced from 7,500 chateaux with full appellation control status.
Serve at 18℃ and allow 20 minutes to breathe; pair with all kinds of red meats including roast leg of lamb, Prime Rib as well as rich Chinese meat dishes like "Ti Pang" (Braised Pork Hip) and "Wu Hwa Ron" (Braised Pork Belly).
