
This is a typical well-balanced and fruity Australian wine; the wine has a ruby color with hints of deep purple, pleasing nose of livelyred berry, cherry and caramel; flavors of plum, blueberry and other fresh fruits in the mouth with heady sensations of minerals, and a touch of smoke and sandalwood; large and successful Ausiproducer that gained a global reputation for reasonably goodpriced, good value wines and now also producing impressive premium wines.

Serve at 18℃; the wine matches well with saute or charcoal broiled Steak, Rack of Lamb with herbs and Cheese with salty flavor.

20 months in French and American oak.
