From some of Burgundy and the world's greatest Chardonnay vineyards, this elegant wine features a mature golden color, refined exotic fruit and almond aromas and elegant ripe yellow fruit flavors with subtle hints of vanilla and a long clean acidic finish; established in 1859, Louis Jadot is a large and progressive Burgundy merchant-producer with a wide range of high quality wines.
Serve chilled, about 10℃ and allow about 5 - 10 minutes breathing in the glass; this elegant wine is best with special seafood dishes including Dover Sole Grilled or in cream sauce or Lobster Thermidor, also great with white meat dishes including Roasted Pork or Chicken.
14 months in French oak.
Mature now or can be cellared for another 3 - 5 years.
