Serve chilled, about 10℃ and allow about 5 - 10 minutes breathing in the glass; this elegant wine is best with special seafood dishes including Dover Sole Grilled or in cream sauce or Lobster Thermidor, also great with white meat dishes including Roasted Pork or Chicken.
