The wine is a typical Burgundy Pinot Noir with medium ruby red color, a nice nose of ripe red berries, ore, soil and smoke scent; medium body and elegant tannin with cherry, raspberry and other fresh fruit flavors and a nice refreshing finish with a touch of grass; Louis Jadot is a large and progressive Burgundy merchant-producer with a wide range of high quality wines.
Allow 15 minutes breathing and serve at 15℃; match with Chinese soy sauce stewed snack foods, braised pork or minced meat noodles.
12 - 18 months in stainless steel barrels.
Drink now or can be cellared for another 5 years.
