Gentle, finesse style Champagne with a pale yellow color with green citrus nose and delicate flavors of pineapple, green apple and tropical fruit; founded in 1843 by Christian Heidsieck, this Champagne house had the reputation of making light wines that lacked richness, however, since Remy Cointreau took control in 1989, the wines have been getting better and better.


Serve at 8℃; this is a very dry and crisp Champagne with good acidity; enjoy as an aperitif or match with Smoked Salmon and Seafood Salads.


2+ years bottle aging.
