Excellent California Cabernet Sauvignon wine with dark purple-garnet red color, intense nose of blackberry, raspberry and mocha flavors and very concentrated flavors of black cherry, cassis and chocolate; the spicy, slightly smoky finish of this wine is excellent; founded in 1982 by Jess Jackson, Kendall-Jackson has become one of California largest and most respected wine producers with a wide range of inexpensive to expensive wines.
Serve at 18℃; this is a big tannic wine that benefits from at least an hour of breathing; match with hearty meat roasts, meat stews and hard cheeses.
