This spicy and robust Australian Shiraz provides a lot of quality and taste for a reasonable price; the wine has a dark purple color with reddish hue, a red fruit and spice nose and generous and soft ripe fruit flavors and a smooth round tannic finish; the ample time the wine has spent in oak is apparent in the finish; raised in Germany, Wolf Blass bought his first vineyard in Australia in 1996; the company is now a part of Fosters Group .
Serve at 18℃; match with spicy meats including Korean BBQ or with grilled babyback ribs.
