This is an easy-to-drink daily wine, which has a pale yellow color, aromatic nose of grapefruit, citrus peel, apple and pear with medium acidity, and grapefruit and green apple flavors, as well as a fresh finish; raised in Germany, Wolf Blass bought his first vineyard in Australia in 1996; the company is now a part of the Fosters Group.
Serve at 8℃; match with cold dishes or appetizers including Jelly Fish, Stewed Bean Curd, etc; nice to drink by itself as well.
No oak.
3 years, best enjoyed young.
