
From the not especially easy 2007 vintage another example of the revolution in wine quality in Campania, this wine is an elegant modern interpretation of an ancient grape variety featuring a deep purple red-color, rich bouquet of spicy black berries and plenty of black fruit flavors and a long velvety finish with soft tannins coating the palate; established in 1966, Cantini Sociale Solopaca is one of Campania's best and most progressive cooperatives.

Allow 30 - 40 minutes for breathing & serve at 18℃; best with roasted or BBQ meat dishes including Xinjiang Style Savor Lamb Ribs and also with exotic meat dishes like Shanxi Style Fragrant Spicy Rabbit Meat.

12+ months in large Slavonian oak and 6 months bottle aging.

Good now & can be kept for another 5 years.
