Made by the same winemaking team that makes the legendary Chateau Haut Brion wines, this is classy white wine with pale gold color, elegant nose of white fruits and flowers and well-balance fresh fruit flavors with a pleasant mineral quality and good acidic finish; Clarence Dillon Wine is owned by the Dillon family that also owns Chateau Haut-Brion and La Mission Haut-Brion; the Clarendelle name thus pays homage to the ancestor who brought the family to this region.
Serve at 10℃; fine companion to many seafood dishes as well as white meats, in China enjoy with Sichuan Style Sliced Pork with Garlic Sauce and Jiangsu Style Baked Cod Fillet with Pastry Crust.
