Successful combination of two traditional Portuguese varieties with Chardonnay, this wine has a rich pale gold color, attractive scents of citrus and tropical fruits with notes of oak and concentrated ripe yellow fruit flavors and pleasant acidity; Casa de Sabicos is helping to build a reputation using modern quality-minded methods for traditional style Portuguese wines.


Serve at 8℃; good with many seafood and white meat dishes, especially suited for Cantonese Style stewed dishes like Stewed Head of Fish in Casserole and Stewed E-fu Noodles with Gross Crab in Casserole.


Antao Vaz and Chardonnay are fermented and aged in French oak barrels, Arinto fermented in and aged in steel vats.
