Taking the wine world by storm the Albarino white wines from Rias Baixas are some of the world’s best wines to enjoy with Chinese seafood; this wine features a light yellow color with greenish hints, exuberantly fragrant nose of citrus fruit and wild flowers and fresh white and yellow fruit flavors with a bracingly fresh acidity and persistent finish; named after an Irish composer, Martin Codex is one of the largest and best producers in Rias Baixas where visitors can taste great wines while listening to Gaelic music.


Served well-chilled about 8℃; nice as an aperitif, but perfect with seafood, including classic Shanghai Style fish dishes like Smoked Pomfret and Lion’s Head Crab Meat.


12 months aged the on the lees in stainless steel tank.
