Ruffino Vin Santo del Chianti Serelle (DOC), 2006 (375ml)
Made since medieval times, Vin Santo is the classic Tuscan sweet wine, with Ruffino’s first vintage in 1988; the wine features a deep amber color, intense nose of honey and candied fruits and delicious dried apricot, figs and dates with a long finish with sensations of creamy citrus fruits; established in 1877, Ruffino is one of Tuscany's biggest and best producers.
Serve 10℃; fine as a digestif, also very nice with nuts, dried fruit and cakes and other dry snacks and desserts.
3 years in Caratelli barrels.
Can be cellared for another 10 years.
