
This medium-bodied wine features a dark ruby-crimson red color, aromas of dark fruits and spices with a hint of chocolate, red berry and spice flavors with touches of vanilla and coffee, and a very nice smooth tannic finish; Viña Chocalán is a leading producer in the Maipo Valley, making a range of good quality, approachable wines.

Allow 15 minutes to breathe and serve at 18℃; good with Asian BBQ and roasted meat dishes like Korean Grilled Pork Belly and Xinjiang Style Lamb Kebabs.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
