
Made from grapes from 12 appellations throughout Burgundy, the wine features a ruby-garnet red color, lively nose of red currants and plenty of strawberry and other red fruit flavors with a fine balance between fruitiness and acidity; founded in 1756, Joseph Drouhin is one of the largest and most respected wine producers in Burgundy, specializing in prestigious, high-quality wines.

Allow 15 minutes for breathing and serve at 15℃; match with roasted meats and slightly spicy Indian food.

7~8 months in stainless steel vats and then in oak barrels.
