A high quality, Chardonnay dominated Champagne available at a prpmotion price of $750 (normal retail price $1,050). Victor Morin is one of the best value Champagnes in Taiwan.
The wine has a lovely golden color with a little green tint. The small bubbles are persistent and long lasting. For inexpensive Champagne the bouquet is quite full with aromas of peaches and flowers. The fresh and clean attack on the palate attests to the wine's high Chardonnay content. The fruity nature of this wine is complemented by a creamy sensation. Victor Morin makes a very nice aperitif or can be enjoyed with light dishes including Salmon Tartar Salad, Cold Poached Salmon with Fresh Herb Mayonnaise and Seafood Risotto. This wine also matched very nicely with Sushi and Sashimi as long as you go light on the wasabi. Serve this wine at 8℃.
Victor Morin is made by one of the leading cellars in Avize, a village situated in the heart of the Cote des Blancs near Epernay and one of the 7 Grand Cru villages in this sector of Champagne. In England and Northern Europe, this wine is renowned for its high quality and low cost. This good value Champagne is an excellent choice for large celebrations or as an everyday drinking Champagne.
