This wine has good color, well-developed dark fruit flavors and solid tannins. There's a slightly smoky and spicy flavor combination that's often found in Spanish wines. Match this wine with meat or cheese casseroles and the traditional Spanish paella. The wine also goes very well with the Shanghai dish Lions Head Meatballs. Serve this wine at 16℃.
