The Lindenmans, Bin 45, 2000 is another good Bin series wine. Like the other Bin series wines from Lindemans, you can't go wrong with this wine. This darkly colored wine is nicely concentrated and offers a variety of plum and raspberry flavors. The tannins are light but still give the wine acceptable balance. Like most New World Cabernet Sauvignon wines, it matches well with grilled steaks, lamb chops and other meat dishes. You can also pare this wine with hearty meat pasta dishes.
