The combination of vanilla, cream, oak and melon flavors is very pleasing to the palate. At 13.5% alcohol, this is a powerful wine that's best matched with Grilled Salmon Steak with Bearnaise Sauce, Grilled Stuffed Lobster or Alaska King Crab.
