From one of Burgundy's most respected big producers, this is one of the best Beaujolais Villages Nouveau wines of this excellent vintage. The greater concentration of the Villages Nouveau wines is well-represented in this wine. The dark purple-red color of the wine is impressive as is the surprisingly complex and fragrant bouquet. In the mouth the wine offer a rich experience of black berries and wild cherries. This wine is a nice match for most Chinese meat dishes as well as Italian meat pasta dishes and Spanish tapas. Serve this wine at 13 C.
