The best of the Lindemans Bin series, this consistently good, reasonably-priced wine has a medium golden yellow color, pleasant yellow fruit and vanilla nose and concentrated ripe apple and yellow fruit flavors with a nice round feel in the mouth; balancing the fruitiness is a nice tart and pleasantly long finish; overall this is a very solid Chardonnay; match with pork or chicken dishes with cream or cheese sauces as well as with sauteed and grilled ocean fish; established in 1843 and now owned by Southcorp, Lindemans is one of Australia's oldest and largest producers.
