The Aligote variety makes invigorating and thirst quenching dry white wines; the 2002 wine has a pale yellow color with greenish hue, a light yellow fruit and floral bouquet; in the mouth the wine has an immediate citrus affect on the palate followed by a very crisp, tart finish; great as a Kir aperitif or with raw shellfish, shellfish salads and a wide variety of Asian seafood dishes; established in 1825, Domiane Faiveley owns 270 acres of vineyards making it one of the largest landowners in Burgundy with a wide range of consistently good wines.
