A simple, good-value white wine with a clear pale yellow color, lively citrus fruit nose and somewhat limited fruitiness but good acidity; not a great wine, but good for a Vin de Table and the price is right; serve with simple salads or snacks or enjoy as an aperitif; the Midi region of France make a range of inexpensive wines
