This is the world's best selling Champagne and despite the huge production volume, the wine is still quite pleasant with a pale yellow color with hints of green, scents of fresh lemon and apple and ripe peaches and pineapple flavors; the wine has decently persistent bubbles with a good clean finish; enjoy as an aperitif or with light salads or seafood dishes; Moet & Chandon is the world's largest producer of Champagne with a wide range of non-vintage and vintage Champagnes; the company is now owned by the giant LVMH Group.
