
Made from ten Grands Crus vineyards, this rose champagne is made using a process known as 'saignee'; the wine features a salmon-pink color with very small bubbles, raspberries and black current nose, fresh fruit flavors with floral nuances and a lasting finish.

Serve at 8˚C; enjoy as an aperitif, with elegant fish dishes and cold meats.

Over 5 years.

Ready now but best after 3~5 years aging.
