This elegant single vineyard wine is a good example of the exciting Chardonnays coming from Tuscany; the wine has a deep yellow color, fragrant nose of ripe fruit and toasted oak and concentrated flavors of melon, honey and vanilla; this is an impressively smooth wine with a long finish; established in 1141 by the Ricasoli family and returned to family ownership in 1993; the estate is run by the 32nd Barone Ricasoli, Francesco Ricasoli, producing award-winning wines that are among Italy's finest.
Serve at 10℃; the wine matches with a wide variety of seafood dishes and light meat dishes like cold chicken, turkey or Taiwan style goose.
