This is a good choice for people who like austere, dry wines; this medium-bodied wine features light yellow color, nose of yellow fruit and minerals, a pronounced flavor of juniper berries and plenty of minerals; the wine has good acidity and is quite complex; match with baked oysters or sauteed fish; Chanson is a respected large grower-negotiant with a long history ~ now owned by the Champagne house Bollinger.
