This unmistakably Muscat wine features a pale yellow color, abundant scents of peach, apricot and hints of caramel and fresh flavors of melon, honey and sweet berries; unlike many inexpensive sweet wines, especially for the difficult 2002 vintage, this wine has very good balance with a clean slightly acidic finish; enjoy this wine with strawberries, fresh tropical fruit salads or a wide variety of sweet cakes and pastries, since 1956 when Michele Chiarlo bought his first hillside vineyard in Piedmont, he has built a reputation as a top maker of high-quality, all natural wines that are quite reasonably priced.
