This refined lightly sparkling wine has a straw yellow color and fresh fruity nose and lots of refined sweet yellow fruit and ripe berry flavors and a pleasing touch of acidity in the finish; this is a well-made wine with finesse and good persistence on the palate; match with a wide variety of tropical fruit, berries and sweet cakes; founded in the late 1930s by Riccardo Ceretto, the Ceretto Estate is now one of the most respected producers in Piedmont with a wide range of highly acclaimed red, white, sweet and grappa wines.
