This is a very crisp and refreshing dry white wine with a light yellow color with hints of green, a citrus and floral nose and restrained yellow and tropical fruit flavors nicely balanced by a tart finish; this dry wine is suitable for hot summer days and matches nicely with seafood salads and spicy Szechuan and Hunan dishes; E. Guigal is arguably the most famous Northern Rhone producer making a wide range of expensive wines as well as some less expensive wines from the Southern Rhone.
