Serve at 8℃; this flavorful white wine is lovely with grilled fish and shellfish including classic Chinese fish dishes like Cantonese style steamed sea bass with soy sauce and scallions and Shanghai style braised carp in scallion brown sauce.

8 months bottle aging.

Drinking nicely now and should be enjoyed within the next 2 years.
