Over the past five years, one of the most consistently good Bordeaux Superieur wines, this medium bodied wine has a crimson red color, nose full of ripe red fruits and supple dark fruit flavors typical of a good Merlot wine and a smooth decently long finish.
Allow 20∼30 minutes for breathing & serve at 18℃; this fruity wine is quite nice with roasted fowl with fruit sauces as well as Taiwan style Short Ribs.
12∼15 months in French oak.
Drinking nicely now and will be best over the next 5 years.
