Dark straw yellow color, pungent nose of freshly baked gingerbread and a weighty mouthfeel with concentrated dried fruit flavors and a pleasingly long, slightly salty finish.
Nice on-the-rocks as an aperitif or digestif; on-the-rocks an ideal companion to seafood dishes, especially raw or smoked fish and oysters.
At least 4.5 years in French oak.
