One of the finest and most stimulating California expressions of the Sauvignon Variety, this wine features a light yellow color with greenish tints and expressive nose of citrus fruit and lemon peel and lots of fresh citrus fruit and mineral flavors and a remarkably long finish with good acidity.
Serve at 8℃; the freshness of the wine make it a natural match with sashimi, especially fatty tuna as well as many types of western and Asian shellfish including Taiwanese style deep-fried oysters with basil.
10 months in new (30%) and second year (70%) French oak.
