Interesting interpretation of the white Grenache variety, this wine has a light golden yellow color with hints of brown, a restrained nose, soft supple white and yellow fruit flavors with a lightly flat finish.
Serve chilled, about 8℃; can be enjoyed as aperitif, or with a wide variety of seafood and white meat dishes, including grilled fish and chicken.
40% in used French oaks for 3 months.
