From one of the most famous Sherry producers, this wine has a pale straw with good brightness, expressive nose of spicy fruit and almonds and concentrated clean fruit and yeast flavors and a long and complex finish; this a very dry wine that's quite stimulating on the palate.
Serve well chilled, about 8℃; lovely as an aperitif and can be matched with all kinds of seafood including sushi and sashimi.
Over 3 years in American oak.
