
This is a concentrated, well-balanced and elegant red wine that faithfully presents the characteristics of Barossa Valley; the wine has a dark purple color that's almost as dark as ink, expressive black cherry and black currant nose with hints of pleasant violets and roses; as the wine breathes aromas of vanilla and honeydew develop; the wine has cigar box cedar flavors with a touch of smoke and slightly dark plums; this is a medium bodied complex wine with soft tannins; established in 1859, Saltram is one of the oldest and most respected producers in Barossa, South Australia.

Serve at 18℃; match with hearty meat dishes including charcoal broiled steak and lamb skewer.
