Reviving an historic style of Sherry when casks of Sherry were lashed to ships as ballast then drunk. This wine features dark mahogany color, with nose of sweet nuts and cream aromas; lots of raisins, sweet orange peels and nut flavors with a long smooth finish. Emilio Lustau was founded in 1896 and has its main cathedral-like bodega facilities in Calle Arcos, Jerez, but also produces wine in El Puerto de Santa Maria and in Sanlúcar de Barrameda.


Serve at 10 - 12℃; best enjoyed alone as a digestif or matches with hard cheeses, light flavored desserts and Chinese style moon cakes.
