Unique, concentrated and attractive wine with deep purple red color, very refined brown sugar, chocolate and cedar nose and mature fruit fragrance; this medium to full bodied wine offers liquorice, dark chocolate, melon and pleasant acidity with sensations of black coffee; this is an elegant, well-balanced wine with medium to rich tannins; established in 1849, Yalumba is the oldest family owned winery in Australia and one of the most respected producers in Barossa.
Serve at 10℃; match with stews and games with thick sauce that contains mushrooms and herbs, or pasta with meat sauce, as well as meat jerky.
