酒款介绍

One of the better Fino Sherries from the town of Puerto de Santa Maria, this wine has a pale golden color, pungent nose of yeast and spices and fresh and tangy flavors with a touch of saltiness; the Emilio Lustau firm, founded in 1896, has its main
cathedral-like bodega facilities in Calle Arcos, Jerez, but also produces wine in El Puerto de Santa Maria and in Sanlúcar de Barrameda.

Serve well-chilled, about 8℃; perfect as an aperitif and great with raw and cooked shell fish or Sashimi or Sushi; also quite nice with Drunken Chicken.

Solera System with 4+ years in American oak.
