Allow 1 hour for breathing and serve at 18℃; this is a big wine that deserves boldly flavored meat dishes including game dishes like European Style Venison Stew and Anhui Style Braised Civet.
18 months in 90% French oak and 10% American oak.
Will evolve for another decade and can be cellared for 20+ years.
