Made from Pedro Ximénez grapes that dry in the sun, this wine has a dark mahogany color, sweet scents of raisins and nuts and sweet raisin, burnt sugar flavors and a finish that's remarkably clean for such a sweet wine; owned by the Caballero Group that also owns DOMECQ, Osborne is a historic Sherry producer with a wide range of quality Sherries, and the black bull symbol of Osborne is famous throughout Spain.
Serve at 12℃; great as an after-dinner drink by itself but also lovely with vanilla ice cream with half poured over the ice cream or with dried fruits or cookies.
