
Big elegant and well-balanced Carmenère, this wine has a deep purple-crimson color, multi-layered aromas of spices, flavors of ripe dark fruits, pepper and cherries with a smooth, palate-coating tannic finish; Chocalán, meaning “yellow blossom”, set up its own wine project under the unique microclimate of vineyards wedged between the Andes and Coastal mountain ranges, producing aromatic, juicy and flavorful wines.

Allow 25+ minutes for breathing and serve at 18℃; match with barbecue, lamb, game meat, vegetarian curry or cheese.
