
The 2010 wine is rich, balanced and complex. The wine features a deep ruby-red color, aromas of black and red berries, plum and raspberry with a hint of smokiness; soft and round, intensely fruity plum flavors with fine tannins and a long finish of licorice. Bodega Sottano is a boutique winery established and operated by an Italian family who immigrated to Argentina in the 19 century; they are best known for their Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon wines.

Allow about 30 minutes for breathing and serve at 14 - 16℃; matches with Cantonese style BBQ meats, stewed meats or braised pork in soy sauce and other meat dishes with slightly sweet flavors.

Aging several months in barrels.
