This bold yet elegantly smooth wine is a typically classy Napa Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine features a dark ruby red color, fragrances of spices, black fruit and oak; rich flavors of black currant with hints of mocha, berry and vanilla. Owned and managed by the Shahabi Brothers since 1992, Stonehedge is a small family-operated winery recognized for consistently excellent quality.
Allow 30+ minutes for breathing and serve at 16 - 18℃; nice with red meat dishes; try with Taiwanese style stewed beef.
Small tank fermentation and barrel aging.
Nice now and can be cellared for another 6 - 7 years.
