From one of the best Alsatian producers, this is a super friendly, fruity wine that features a touch of sweetness and a nice clean finish. The brilliant yellow-green color and fruity-floral bouquet are very appealing. In the mouth, this wine offers a lovely combination of ripe fruit, floral and mineral flavors. Wine beginners will appreciate the delicious ripe fruit flavors while experienced drinkers will admire the impressive fruit-acid balance. It is virtually impossible NOT to like this wine! Like most good Gewurztraminers, this wine matches well with almost anything, including seafood, spicy foods and white meats. Serve this wine well chilled at 8℃.
