A fresh fruit-driven white wine from the “King of Beaujolais” Georges Duboeuf, this is a good wine to make the classic Burgundian aperitif "KIR". The eternal debate of connoisseurs is how much Cassis to use when making a Kir ~ some like it dry, others sweet. This wine is very nice with appetizers, light salads and seafood. Serve at 8℃.
